Lance Carter founded CG Northern in 2014 with the goal of providing a streamline and transparent building process. CG Northern works from 500 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft.. From the design process to completion CG Northern provides total support to our customers.

Lance T. Carter
Lance has been around the construction industry his entire life. Working alongside his dad, Lance spent his summers growing up learning the ends and outs of construction.

Buddy Elmore
Buddy is a Dallas native who moved to Fort Worth upon completing his bachelor's degree and has enjoyed five years in Cowtown, working in residential construction, oil & gas, and now joining CG Northern. "I'm excited to be joining up with Lance and meeting clients needs in Fort Worth through delivering a quality product with excellent client service." Buddy has also spent time volunteering with FWISD and other local missions serving the youth of Fort Worth. Buddy enjoys working out, the outdoors, playing guitar and traveling to new places.
