Trevor’s background in real estate and construction started at TCU where he obtained degrees in Management and Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate. Working in acquisitions, management and finally development of portfolios of real estate holdings for families in DFW, Trevor began overseeing the construction of student housing and high end custom homes. Joining CG Northern Development in 2016 and expanding the footprint of services to include the Dallas market, Trevor has been managing tenant improvements, commercial spec space development, franchise location expansions, and residential builds.
