Robert Deck began his career in the construction industry in 2012, working as a Project Manager and crew leader for a Masonry and Custom Cabinetry company. He focused on equipment rental, business development, customer management and custom projects. Robert was then hired by a general contractor specializing in multi-family reconstruction. He focused on interior and exterior full rebuilds, disaster recovery including fires, floods and vandalism. In 2015 he transitioned to project manager for another reconstruction company focusing on HOA’s, multi-family communities, single family homes and commercial properties. Within this role he was also Lead Safety Coordinator for the Texas region.
Robert Deck grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University where he was a member of the football team. Robert was a walk-on and earned his spot as a starter after his freshman year. He was a member of the Rose Bowl team and participated in a bowl game each year he was there.
