Lance has been around the construction industry his entire life. Working alongside his dad, Lance spent his summers growing up learning the ends and outs of construction. In 2000, after attending Texas Tech University Lance began working closely with his father at Ron Carter Construction (RCCI). Together they focused on building custom homes, remodels and commercial finish outs. Lance continued to help the business grow by focusing on increasing project backlog and project management processes.

Lance grew up in Fort Worth and is proud to call it home with his wife Kathleen. Lance serves on the board of The Black Dog Charity, volunteers for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Greeting Committee and together with his wife serves as mentor to a little brother with the Big Brother Big Sister Organization.
